Another, this time small-format picture from my swimmer series:
People swimming in the blue sea – a modern, semi-abstract, cheerful painting that many of us have in mind when we think of summer and holidays.
Or also an allegory for life: Normally everyone is looking for their own way in the waves, but sometimes we are all united by a common project. Basically we are more similar than we would like to admit and are moved in all directions by the same forces. We enjoy it and yet we often wish for more togetherness.
Dreams of peaceful coexistence of all cultures can also be interpreted into this little painting…
The edges are painted, the painting can be hung without additional framing.
