The glass body of the Elphi has often reminded me of a sparkling diamond. In this painting I try to express exactly that by applying the oil paint (Lukas Berlin, water-based, very highly pigmented) and later acrylic paint (Amsterdam) pastos in an impressionistic painting style.
The edges are black, the painting can be hung without additional framing.
