Hamburg Alster Fountain, 60x90x2 cm / 23,6 x 35,4 x 0,8″
A modern, abstract picture of the Binnenalster in squeegee technique. This seems to me to be suitable for depicting the clear structures of the architecture and its reflections without the image appearing cluttered.
The warm base colour is reminiscent of a beautiful morning or a peaceful evening in the city and, for me, radiates a soothing calm that I hope is transmitted to the viewer.
The edges are painted, the picture can be hung without additional framing.
